Path / Row:

Inform the Path and Row of the image you want, using the Landsat World Reference System (WRS).

Acquisition Date:

Inform the related date (day/month/year).

Format:

Inform the Product Format you want (GeoTIFF or FAST).

Media:

Inform your preferred media: CD, for digital product, or paper.

Landsat:

Inform the satellite number: 5 or 7.

Price:

Inform the price in US$ of each image. If you don't fill in this, INPE will do it for you and will notify you before the production starts.

Order/file:

Internal use only. Do not fill in this field.

Remarks:

Here you can write extra information in order to help to identify the requested images.

Read carefully the Conditions for Provision before you sign the order form.

Date and Signature:

Write the current date and sign each page separately.

Page:

Assign a new page number to each one used, filling in all items in a page before going to a new one.

Send all filled pages to ATUS in Cachoeira Paulista (please, take the ATUS address from the User Services link.

We recommend you keep a copy for your control.

If not specified at the form, the product will be the default product which is the "Standard" one, according to the Price Lists.

Notice:

In order to print the form correctly, you must use the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. If you use another navigator, the alignment between the elements could vary and the form could be printed in more than one page (using A4 page size).

For a nice printing, you can remove the header and the footer from the Internet Explorer page. This can be done by clicking File menu, Page setup and then removing the contents from the Header and Footer fields.

If you want to print the form using your browser, go to Landsat Order Form, and select the appropriate number of copies before you print it.

But if you prefer to save the form in your PC for future printing, select and download the file Landsat-order-form.pdf.

After you download the file, you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader to read it. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC, download the program from the Adobe`s Website.
